Ken Shamrock Has Words For Drew McIntyre

Drew McIntyre has tried to stir up some controversy since arriving in the NIWA earlier this year.  With his talks of an anonymous NIWA executive to being the "chosen one."  McIntyre has walked into the NIWA with a purpose and that purpose is to be the NIWA World Heavyweight Champion.  But that hasn't been without people taking notice.

One such person who has taken notice is Ken Shamrock.  Shamrock has taken issue with McIntyre for saying that he is the only real wrestler in the NIWA.

Johnny Bravo Says He is Rightful Contender

Johnny Bravo defeated Max Payne to become the number one contender for the NIWA Venue Championship.  But it seems as thought "Angry Video Game Nerd" James Rolfe and Tiger Woods have not bothered to take notice according to Bravo.

"Those two have obviously have been too busy with the NIWA Venue Championship that they haven't bothered to see that I am the number one contender," said Johnny Bravo.

Terrell Owens Injured Last Night

During his match with Blitz during last night's Saturday Night Showdown, current EMW World Heavyweight Champion Terrell Owens rammed his head into an exposed turnbuckle near the end of the match. It is now being confirmed that Owens suffered a mild concussion due to the mishap and it appears he will some time off to recover. --Many in the back were less then thrilled with the performance of all four men in the match. Many saw the finish as weak and rushed. Two Big Matches Announced For The November 18th House Show

NIWA officials have decided that for the November 18th house show in Albuquerque, New Mexico there will be to big matches.

The first match announced has title match implications to it. A 20 man Battle Royal will take place in which the winner face Waluigi for the NIWA Venue Championship. Ten men from the NIWA, five men from EMW, and five men from SNJ will do battle to determine the next number one contender for the Venue Championship.

Three New NIWA Signings Set To Make Their Debut

Over the course of last week the NIWA made three new signings. The NIWA signed a new tag team and a new female wrestler. The Dudley Newphews (Ted and Ace Dudley) and Elana Fanshaw made their contracts official last week, but the NIWA wanted to wait until after Hardcore Halloween to announce it. Peter Pan and Spider-Man have face off in a couple of matches and each time they have a match it is considered match of the night.

Six Women's Tag Team Match, Rematch For The World Women's Tag Team Championship

At the house on October 12th, 2009 in Boise, Idaho; The Powerpuff Girls defended their NIWA World Women's Tag Team Championship against The Socialites in a rematch from A Change Of Seasons.  They looked like they were on their way to the successfully retaining the titles, but the NIWA World Women's Champion Sonya Blade interfered in the match laying out both Blossom and Bubbles.  Buttercup hit the ring, than Blade and Paris Hilton fled  the ring like scalded dogs.

Update On Wario's Injury & NIWA World Tag Team Championships

At the July 12th house show in Erie, Pennsylvania Wario was attacked in back just before his tag team match against Beavis and Butt-head.  EMTs rushed to check on Wario and determined he was severely injured.  Wario was taken to a local medical facility in Erie for test and x-rays.

The follow has been released about Wario's injury.  Wario sustained seperated shoulder which didn't requir surgery.  He will be in a cast for six to twelve weeks dependning on how quickly it heals.  He will require ...

World Tag Team Championship Will Be Defended At Beach Wars

NIWA officials have decided that the NIWA World Tag Team Championship will be defended at Beach Wars.  The Warios retained the titles at Annualversary via disqulification when they Wario laid out Mario with one of the belts.  NIWA officials have also said that it won't be just a regular match.

From the offices of the NIWA, Mr. C.C. has announced another match for Clash Of The Titans.  At Clash Of The Titans there will a Money In The Bank Match.  But it will not be contested in just any ladder.  It will be contested in a Dragon Match.
